How to get to Saint-Nazaire's tourist sites
Saint-Nazaire’s tourist sites are located in the Ville-Port area, in and around the former submarine base, boulevard de la Légion d’Honneur. Numerous car parks are nearby.
Public transport: the nearest bus stops are rue de la Paix + 7 minutes walk, Hélyce line (every day); Ruban Bleu + 4 minutes walk, U2 and U4 lines (from Monday to Saturday).
Escal’Atlantic is located inside the submarine base. The guided tours of the shipyard, the Airbus factory and the harbour terminals leave from the submarine base, just outside the ticket office. For access to the submarine Espadon , EOL Offshore centre and the Ecomusée, please refer to the corresponding pages on this website.

Tickets and prices
You can buy all your tickets online, it’s easy and safe. You find the “Buy tickets” button on all the pages about the visits. Click here to see all 2018 admission fees.
Tickets for the guided tours (shipyard, Airbus, harbour terminals) and for the two-hour cruises are on sale for the coming month or two. Please check the online ticket office to see when the date you’re interested in will be available.
Tickets can also be purchased on a mobile app (free download).
Three ticket offices are on site: the central ticket office inside the submarine, and two others at the submarine Espadon and the heritage museum Ecomsuée.

Please note: free entry for children under 4, half price on all visits for children aged 4 to 14.

The three ticket offices and the Tourist Office are equipped with a hearing induction loop.
Wheelchair users are invited to use a specially designed counter at the central ticket office.
Disabled visitors and an accompanying person are entitled to a reduced price.
All the attractions and locations have disabled parking nearby.

Good to know
Animals are not allowed on the tours and visits, except guide dogs for the blind.
Special booking procedures for industry tours
La Loire à vélo
Saint-Nazaire and our visitor attractions are located on the famous cycling route La Loire à vélo. Cyclists have bicycle racks at their disposal in the submarine base, near the submarine Espadon and at the Ecomusée. The Tourist Office also lends a repair kit if necessary.
Our personnel speak at least French and English.
Escal’Atlantic, the submarine Espadon and the heritage museum allow pictures to be taken inside, with certain restrictions (no flash, no selfie stick etc). Detailed notices are put up in the various locations.
Industry tours: photographing and filming are strictly forbidden.
Pushchairs / strollers
Pushchairs are not advised on the tours and visits, except for light folding strollers.
